Product prices are displayed net in Swiss francs (CHF). Any granted discounts are tied to specific noted conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping
In Switzerland, products are delivered in standard packaging using the PostPac Economy service. Delivery takes a maximum of ten days depending on stock levels. Shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.For delivery to other countries, please contact TERRA ROSSA BELLANI directly. In the event of damage during transportation, we will replace the goods free of charge (with evidence of damaged packaging/goods).

Shipping over 30 kg is not possible.
6. Guarantee
All products will be delivered in perfect condition according to the product specification. TERRA ROSSA BELLANI guarantees the high quality of the product only within the shelf-life specification and under correct storage conditions (protect the product from light and heat). As the product contains no additional preservatives or surface treatment agents, a longer shelf life cannot be guaranteed. Should however it be demonstrated that the product has deteriorated significantly within the stated shelf life despite correct storage, the affected product will be replaced after discussion and clarification.
7. Exchange
Purchased products in perfect quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
